Checking your balance is easy on Chipmunk Tel. Simply login to your account and you will see your balance. If it’s not showing, click on the “My Balance” menu at the top of the page. Account balances are calculated in real time, so you know exactly how much you have. A negative number means there is a surplus (that’s good!); a positive number means there is deficit. You will automatically receive an email when your account balance goes below $10.00. When that happens, simply go to the Products page and select “Top Me Up” to add money to your account.
